Already a member of Chicago's AACM since 1971 \u0026amp; a veteran contributor to Roscoe Mitchell's quartet, he had toured the U.S., Canada \u0026amp; Japan with the Count Basie Orchestra. Here he finds different ways to emphasize a principle of interactivity in a improvisational solo context.
