Shipping policy

We provide professional shockproof international shipping services for all vinyl, CD and music merchandise orders worldwide. Physical music media is fragile and pressure-sensitive, so we adopt exclusive multi-layer anti-pressure, dust-proof and shock-absorbing packaging to avoid bending, scratching, deformation and damage during long-distance cross-border transportation.
Each vinyl record is protected with brand-new inner and outer sleeves, wrapped with thick bubble film and reinforced with double hard cardboard to prevent bending. All CDs are individually packed with scratch-proof protective sleeves and placed in sturdy cartons. Every parcel is marked with fragile warning labels and double checked before shipment to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
  • Orders under £50: Flat shipping fee of £9.50, estimated delivery 2–17 working days
  • Orders £50 and above: Free standard international shipping, estimated delivery 3–25 working days
All orders will be inspected, cleaned and carefully packaged within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email for real-time logistics tracking.
All import duties, taxes and customs fees incurred in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We provide complete official documents to support customs clearance. Delivery times are estimated only and may vary due to customs inspection, logistics delays, weather conditions and policy changes, which are beyond our control.
If you receive damaged packaging, deformed or scratched records, cracked CDs, incorrect items or missing accessories, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receipt with your order number and clear photos or videos. We will provide reasonable solutions including full refund and free replacement to protect your legitimate rights.
