Waxed in 1981, the second volume of "Keep On Dancing" by the Nashville Rhythm Section was a recording made specifically for the line dancing set that became so popular in the early 1970's and had a strong resurgence after the disco era in the early 1980's. Line dancing is still practiced and learned in country-western dance bars and has even stretched over to Europe due to the advent of Country Music Television.
