Rod Picott's 2001 debut album, Tiger Tom Dixon's Blues, was hailed by Robert Oermann at Music Row Magazine as, 'the birth of a major, major artist.' Now nipping at it's heels just a year and a half later comes Rod's sophomore effort, Stray Dogs.
